There are so many free online poker games it is hard to choose only one game to play! Prepaid VISA not working now??? After a lot of people posted about prepaid VISA cards perhaps the government and the banks shut it down! Hey all, I don't post much here, and I have scanned the official threads so hopefully I did not miss something that answers my question/problem on free online poker games!
The First Lady of Poker, Linda Johnson, should also be known as Poker Deposit Methods a First-Class Business Woman. Linda and I sat down in her new home in Las Vegas for an interview about bodog life her many accomplishments in poker and the poker industry.
When one first enters Linda's beautiful home, one is transported back through time to poker life 25 years ago, when Linda first decided she wanted to euro poker deposit code be a poker player and nothing else. The future free online poker games held a few turns for her but nothing ever ventured too far from the topic of poker. The house is full of Linda's many poker accomplishments. From awards, banners, trophies and loads of pictures commemorating Linda's moments euro poker promo code in poker to the lush surroundings of a comfortable home, the house illustrates that poker has certainly treated her well.
As you know, the deposit options for US players are increasingly limited these days. Recently I found an easy way to get money onto PS, and that is via prepaid VISA gift cards that you can PokerStar.com purchase at your local drug store. This worked for me a few weeks ago, I made some profit, cashed out because I am a poor college student , and now yestarday I tried doing the same thing again. But this time, my deposit request using the same exact type of card was declined. I am positive I entered everything in correctly. Has there been a recent change in pokerstars or Poker Professionals maybe VISA policy that I'm not aware of?
Any input at all would be appreciated, thanks and sorry if this is a redundant thread.
Almost 20 days since we first broke free online poker games the news that Sabina Gadecki got Friel'd just ahead of Season VI of the WPT, our PokerStars.net/Canada favorite televised tour has finally announced her replacement, and she's a brunette British model/actress with big boobs whose name is somehow not Keeley Hazell and who looks strangely like a cute, anorexic Nicole Richie on a very pretty day for PokerStars.net/Espanol the coke lovin' orphan, if Richie donned a wig, had spectacular breasts and a really nice ass. Ok, she looks nothing online poker games like Richie.
Layla Kayleigh is her name, which we're pretty sure was also the name of an 80's song. She was born in London, east of here. She's 23 and has already done Maxim, has pics all over the Internet in her undies, and she's been an on-air correspondent for Fox Sport's free online poker, The Vegas Insider, as well as a co-host on G4's Attack of the Show and host of “The Feed” news segment.
She also was on Al Gore's Current TV, PokerStars.net/Nederlands which some of us entities won't hold against her.
Hey,
Yesturday I got hit with my THIRD 45-1 shot this year. I had 1010, Flopped 1022, Absolutely Poker.net turn 9 river 2. Opponent has 26 in the small blind. Last year I may have had one 45-1's, although several 2 card long shots, the whole year. The argument is that a 45-1 will happen once every 46 times, but having one out is not an every day thing. I am quite certain Paradise Poker.net that many posters here did not get hit with a single one outer last year. So I ask you, honestly, is this rather extreme?

Well I guess you play quite a few hands every year, so you should expect to see it all every year :-)
But yes, some people are indeed unlucky. Yesterday I sat at a table where this one poor fellow had:
- Top pair ace kicker rivered 3 times
- Nut flush beaten by a straight flush
- set beaten by a higher set
within a 5 hour live session. Needless to say that his spirits weren't too high when he left the table.

Are some people unlucky?
Everyone is "unlucky" at some point. To echo the point that Z made, this string of "bad luck" happened to me over the course of 30 hands or so:
Dealt AA, board was 9925T, my Noble Pokr last opponent had pocket tens.
Dealt KK, board was 23495, my opponent hung on with an ace.
Dealt AQ suited, board was 567K9, opponent had 83 offsuit.
Dealt QQ, board was 26K95, two opponents called a preflop raise cold with Kx offsuit.
Dealt A9 suited in the BB, board was 9K972, beat by pocket kings.
Dealt AK suited, board was 65QJ2, UltimateBet Pokr got beat by pocket 7's.
Two other seemingly ridiculous hands that I didn't keep detailed records on. I finally managed to almost break even with a 86 suited in the BB that I flopped a 754 rainbow that paid off with 3 other people staying in.
Bad luck?? Call it luck if you want but it happens to us all. Work through it and keep plugging away.
P.S.
Oh yeah.....and I was also dealt AT in no limit with a board of T2T4Q. My opponents hole cards??? QT.

One outer? 46-1 shot. How about the only way the other player can win is with a runner runner ace?

Had that happen too. See my old post about the 330-1 shot. I have also had quads beat.
The interesting thing to me is how bad play online seems to be rewarded out of proportion to the proper odds. Sometimes I wonder if there are people who somehow know what cards are coming. I see so many long shots hit. I saw yesturday someone called turn with a single overcard, 15-1 and hit. Then saw someone call a raise with 27s and go runner flush,25-1. Late in a tourney, someone Partu Poker 3 bets with 87o vs AQ with only about 4 bets worth of chips, puts the AQ all in preflop and catches runner 88. AQ wins 62% of the time in that spot. It seems like the majority of showdowns, the best hand preflop and flop gets run down, often by long shots taking much the worst of it. I'm not talking about games with 6 people in preflop either. Play bad and get there is what allows us to win, but sometimes you just shake your head in amazement at some of the monster beats.

....and that's the exact reason I keep playing at Party.
You get more bad beats, but with that many chasers around you're bound to make a better winning overall if you play smart. But if you want the best of Pacif Poker it you got to be prepared to take the worst of it. Some days they just keep hitting their long shorts against you.

Have to agree with that... played for two/three weeks... consistently winning, though slow but sure... on 50c/$1
Then, over one weekend, lost it all... bad money management I know...
But then the money I started with was free, so hey ho.
Wavey.
In my opinion partypoker is the most profitable site et365 Poker. Although I won money at all the sites I played at partypoker outstand them all when it comes to $/hour. Even the highlimit games are beatable. So what do the rest of the grinders think. At what site do you make the most money.

It depends on yourstyle of play a loose player who depends on pot odds to win can never win at paradise poker.(unless he plays at 50/1) Also if he Bodogg Poker is accustomed to the tight bluffing style of paradise poker or Pokerstars probably won't release face pockets or ace high when raised when their is crap on the board because at paradise and Stars it's probably a bluff. But for me I Full Tit Poker prefer sites where there some chasers but not 5 and six of them on the table.

Well for me Party is also the choice of excellence. I only play 2-4$ and 3-6$ tho.
2-4$ is extremely loose at times, but usually I do well when playing with the whole family.
3-6$ is a lot tighter, but still a Holywood Poker juicy game.
I play at Stars also, and I find the games there very aggressive. This game type is definitely not my favorite, but I do manage.
I haven't played that much at paradise, but generally the games seem pretty tight, and then their promotions suck. So I stick to Party and Stars.
I also played at poker.com for some time. These games were also extremely loose, but I hated the software so I quit Verest Poker.
But indeed. Most players are specialists in one game type only. This mean that even though the party games are really good for me, I've got a few buddies who do a lot better at Stars. They're just not that good at coping with multiway action.

I think it takes a lot more intuition to play the poker stars or paradise games because of the intense bluffing. Those chaser games at other sites I basically prefer them. I just play follow the leader,ie smash high drawing cards if I catch the flop I let the pack try and chase me down.

I don't see anything that consolidates the statement about 3/6 being tighter than 2/4 I'm afraid. I see as many 8,5off and J,2off one-carded str8/two pair chasers as at 1/2. People who pay 2/3rds of a blind when in small blind with 7,2 off or 6,2 off frequently win it. It's almost predictable in its consistency for the SB to win with garbage.
Maybe it's me, but I just can't seem to crack it at Party. If you're willing to withstand the huge swings then maybe you can come out of it alive but the time it takes to do that, and the risks involved make it a far from profitable site for me. I took a note of everyone's balance in a full table game when I joined. After an hour, no-one had won anything, save for the rake. The money went back and forth between the chasers, skimming from myself and two other tight players on there. In fact, after two hours, it was only the tight players that were down.
It got so bad, and I ended up playing so tight, that I was getting my bankroll reduced by the blinds, and when I did go, I won about 1 in 10 hands that I entered. Maybe that's good odds for some, but for me with as tight a play as I was making, I'd be expecting to win 2/3rds of those I entered.

I noticed the same thing at party poker .50/1 yes the game is loose but it's illogically loose. Guys will chase with anything ace anything in any position any two suited. I found my win rate was neglible for the time I put in. At pokerroom I generally won about 4 big blinds an hour at party poker it was about 1.5 or 2 at best.

Hey Wavey.
A game where you don't have a few loose ones playing crap hands and chasing a lot is per definition not a juicy game if you ask me.
The main difference between 2-4$ and 3-6$ at party as I see it, is that it's generally way more aggressive poker played at 3-6$. This also means that the number of family pots are significantly smaller at 3-6$ then at 2-4$.
But as you say - they do chase a lot, and if you only play your cards, you will not make it on these tables. You need to play the players a lot, and if your thinking does not go beyound level 1, you will have a tough time. The good thing about these limits at party is that most players are not completely ignorant. This mean that you can make quite a few moves on them. You just need to figure out how they think. But if the party games don't suit your style of playing, you should indeed check out some other sites.
I fully agree that paradise and stars require a lot of intuition. The only problem is that this is a lot harder to get right online then live.

Just to get you an idea of a typical 2-4$ session at Party I had today.
One player at the table would start raise every 1 out of 3 hands. That included hands such as K5o and 22 (where he flopped his set).
Average number Texas Holdom of players on the flop was 5 or thereabout. For the first hour I didn't win a single hand. At one hand I had A10s and flopped a 57 heads up against the botton. He called me down with q8o and made a runner straight on the river.
After that one hour I made it all back winning a 105$ pot. Flop came 689 rainbow and I had called a raise from the steamer from the SB holding J8c 5 players being in the pot already. Things got pretty wild along the way with raise and re-raise on the turn, but luckily my 10 came on the river. But as it turned out a jack would have won me the pot as well despite of the turn reraise.
The point of this is that you can play quite a few hands from late position at this table, but you need to get out unless you have top pair decent kicker or a good draw. Normally you get decent pot odds for a dozen awkward draws, but you don't want to be in there with a draw for 2 weak pairs, as you know that you are up against all kinds of straight and Texas Holdm runner flush draws. Finally forget all about the playing zone when reading your opponents. I think one of the most common mistakes decent players make on this table is to expect that they're up against decent start hands. Forget about it. Any two will do - and if you encounter heavy action on the turn or river, chances are that your top pair top kicker is beat. And yep - if it takes 24 in the hole to complete that straight showing on the table, be prepared to watch some dude flash exactly that. In other words - in a game this loose, Holdem strategy transforms into omaha strategy. Go for the nuts or stay out, and don't get caught out of position.

What I meant by follow the leader is try and draw against, and I will bet irregardless what hits the board(unless the board is totally scary). Chasers are Onlin Poker by defination people that draw on low percentage draws irregardless of the situation. Occasionally doing that makes sense if you have plenty of callers to the river.

Hi,
I do not know how u guys Bet365 Poker Bonus funding the online gaming. Visa and Master cards
seems no longer accept any online game transactions. Plus the extra fees
for
cash advance is not a wise choice to make any game profitable. Paypal may
and maynot accept online gamings.
I used to use firepay (http: www.firepay.com) a lot for game transaction.
The best of all is because the fund is available in realtime!
The bad thing for them now is they will charge $10 fee for each cash out.
(now they charge $1.5 fee for each deposit regardless of amount)
(1.5 for $1000 deposit.. not too bad though)
Neteller, however, https://www.neteller.com is charging no fee right now
for
EFT. However, the fund deposit will be slow and takes about 4-5 business
days,
which is very painful PacificPoker Bonus when you are eager to join a table. They charge 8% for
instant
cash which is way a lot. The good part is: they can process cashout real
quick.
Typically within 1-2 business days.
So.. My idea is to funding the online gaming account with firepay and
cashout with
neteller!! This will give you realtime access to the funds with a minumum
cost on
trasaction charges. However, both company needs a bank account for
verification purpose
which will needs 2-3 business days and needs to be done only one time.
Most online cashout system will fund back your money to the original source
which make
this option not likely to be reailistic. However, there is some exeptionals:
Party poker can allow deposit from www.firepay.com but do not have a option
to
cashout from firepay !!! That mean this will work perfectly with party poker
for
online game funds transfer.
They have a sign up promotion now for new members only.
20% up to $100 Extra on First Deposit with sign up code
Certain hands needs to played to qualify for cashout.
This site have the most live players online (sometime>9000) and have mostly
loose games. But during the morning times, (EST) the games becomes more
tough and
harder to beat. The gaming Hollywood Pocker software is so so but the actions there make it a
good place to go.
Paradisepoker.com have the best online gaming software. The interface is
excellent
and really feel like playing in a real poker room. They also have a 25%
deposit bonus
for up to $100. However, the rules changed for cashout qualification. The
raked
hands needed for play is much higher than party poker. 1000 raked hands need
to be played
for $100 bonus: The player there is more tough and tight than party. Needs
more patient and
skill to beat the game but Everest Pocker it's a good challenge.

The way UH8ME Full Tilt Pocker plays, I can't believe he ever cashes out (J/K). I do agree, neteller is the way to go. If you use EFT it is quick and free. Can't beat that. They do however require your SS#, does anyone know if they report any transactions to the IRS and if so what that amount may be?

I still use my C.C. at Paradise to buy in. So far I have not had any transaction fee, however
No Deposit Poker Visa often deny's the first transaction attempt, but will call within 5 min and once you tell them you wish to purchase at the site they "okay" it, and it happens immediately.
I have bought in three times, Once my Mac Poker Game original buy in and two times to take advantages of buy in bonuses.
I have only cashed out once Linux Casino for the original amount of the 1st two buy in's from April and they immediately credited my C.C. the money.
My third buy in for 500 is still in my account at Paradise, because it Poker Bot was a recent purchase for the 4th of July. They gave 20% if you basically played 1000 raked hands. This would include any money you put in for the SB or BB though! For that long weekend of my two sessions I had played in over 700 hands where they raked money and I know i was given around $70 for my $500 buy in. I cannot say for certain if I got the whole $100, because I am unsure if I played all 1000 hands that weekend.
I can say however that it is very possible to do.. and from my perspective, you're already going to be playing poker, so you mine as well recieve a bonus for playing if they're willing to give you one.
So far I'm loyal to Paradise, partially King Neptune Casino Review because the style of game fits my style of play, and because I have no reason to complain in respect to their service they've provided.
If a player starts disrespecting other Lucky Emperor Casino Review players to the point where they leave the table.. I quickly report it to the support staff, and they remove that person's ability to "chat" at the table. If I have a question regarding collusion or someone going "all-in" when they're on a draw, and I think they're cheating.. support has always looked into the matter quickly and responded back appropriately and professionally.
I'll let you all know how Paradise Cashes out.. probably by 32Red Casino Review the end of this month if not by the end of August.

UH8ME2 you don't even realise when you're beat, let alone how to play a decent hand.
And the fact you have to double over to another account to try and make your point proves how weak you are.
Come get some.. I'm happy Joyland Casino Review taking all your money and you've yet to win anything on any of the tables I've played you at, whereas I've always won. I let my cards do the talking, whereas your moronic rants are just comic-strip to me.
LOL

Yep, I've reported UH8ME2 when he's been abusive and he's very quickly shut up or left the table. He came back via his Empire poker ID, but he didn't stay long - he started losing again. Ha ha ha. He thinks everyone is a fish, even those - like myself - who repeatedly take his money.
Next he'll be saying he's a professional player. LOL.

Yeah sure They never have shut my chat off fishey. Don't you have better things to do than to make up things about another player. Just shut up and take your beatings like a man.

Typically retarded, he doesn't realise that I never said his chat got cut off... only that he was warned via the floorperson...
I rest my case.
